Former Texans QB Dysert signs with Dolphins

Former Houston Texans quarterback Zac Dysert has found a new home with the Miami Dolphins.
Via Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, the Dolphins signed Dysert to a reserve/furture contract.
Dysert spent time on Houston's practice squad earlier in the season, before being released in November when the team claimed Brandon Weeden off waivers from the Dallas Cowboys.
A 2013 seventh-round pick by the Denver Broncos, Dysert spent his rookie season on the Broncos' active roster and his second year on the team's practice squad. He was released by the Broncos last summer and spent training camp with the Chicago Bears before joining the Texans in September.
Dysert, who threw for 12,013 yards with 73 touchdowns during his college career at Miami of Ohio, will vie for a backup role behind Dolphins starter Ryan Tannehill.
