Former Jags great Boselli a Hall of Fame semifinalist

Former Jacksonville Jaguars left tackle Tony Boselli is among 25 semifinalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame's 2016 class, the Hall announced Tuesday.

Boselli, the first draft pick in Jaguars francise history, played seven season in Jacksonville and was named to five Pro Bowls during his tenure with the team. He was an All-Pro selection from 1997-99 as well.

This is the first time Boselli has been a semifinalist for enshrinement in the Hall. 

Per the team's official website, 15 modern-era finalists will be named in January.
