Former Bills QB Jim Kelly finishes chemotherapy

Former Bills quarterback Jim Kelly on Tuesday finished his final round of chemotherapy to fight a recurrence of sinus cancer.

“As of right now, this very moment, Jim is DONE with chemotherapy!” Kelly’s wife, Jill, posted on Instagram.

The uplifting update comes a week after Kelly filmed a video thanking his fans for their support earlier this month.

“Keep those prayers coming,” he said in the message. “I sure need them. Without you I wouldn’t be able to get through this. God bless you. Look forward to the Bills draft on May 8th.”

Kelly has four more radiation treatments to go, according to his wife.
