Fisher believes in offensive line: 'They are going to be good'

If there's a sure thing heading into 2015, it's the Rams' defensive line - and rightfully so. Robert Quinn, Aaron Donald, Chris Long and Michael Brockers have been talked about ad nauseam.

On the other side of the ball, however, is where there is some concern, starting with the offensive line. The Rams are expected to start two returners: Greg Robinson and Rodger Saffold. Who else will protect Nick Foles and block for Todd Gurley and Tre Mason remains to be seen.

In the 2015 NFL Draft, the Rams selected four offensive linemen, then picked Isaiah Battle in the Supplemental Draft. If there's any indication where the Rams might turn their focus on this season, it's via the ground game.

Despite a lack of continuity and experience, head coach Jeff Fisher believes that unit has the potential to be a solid group. So far into training camp, the reviews are positive.

“Just in talking with the defensive linemen, obviously we have a veteran group of defensive linemen, they’re saying, ‘These guys are going to be good,’” Fisher said, via ESPN. “Coming from Chris and Will and those guys, that’s pretty impressive.”
