Falcons hold out DT Jerry with quadriceps injury

Defensive tackle Peria Jerry is inactive for the Atlanta Falcons against the New Orleans Saints on Thursday night because of a quadriceps injury.
Corey Peters is starting in place of Jerry.
Falcons cornerbacks Asante Samuel, who was listed as questionable with a right shoulder injury, and Dunta Robinson, who missed practice due to an illness, are starting.
Saints right tackle Zach Strief has returned from a left groin injury and is starting, giving the team a boost at a thin position. Strief's primary backup, Charles Brown, is inactive with a right knee injury. Rookie right tackle Bryce Harris was placed on injured reserve this week.
Also inactive for the Saints are safety Isa Abdul-Quddus (concussion), defensive end Junior Galette (ankle), defensive tackle Tom Johnson (back) and receiver Courtney Roby (shoulder, ankle).
