Christopher Owens is starting for Robinson, who suffered a concussion on his hit on Philadelphia receiver DeSean Jackson last week. Robinson is appealing his $50,000 fine from the league for the hit.

Atlanta rookie outside linebacker Sean Weatherspoon is missing his second straight game with a sprained right knee.

Chinedum Ndukwe is starting at safety for Williams, who is missing his second straight game with a knee injury. Adam ''Pacman'' Jones is starting for Joseph, who was limited in practice by an ankle injury.
