Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson was arrested Feb. 4 in Washington, DC and charged with assaulting a pizza delivery driver.

Wednesday, the Colts linebacker made it clear he regrets the incident.

"I apologize for adding another distraction for this team," Jackson said, according to ESPN.com. "I'm very fortunate to do what I do. I love what I do and I'm passionate. When the time allows, the facts will come out, but at this point, I want to apologize to the community and my fans and all my supporters out there."

Jackson wasn't the only Indianapolis player to get in trouble over the offseason. He was one of four Colts arrested or suspended since the end of last season.
