New England Patriots defensive lineman Dominique Easley was not spotted at the team's practice on Monday due to a hip injury suffered in the season opener on Thursday.
Easley suffered the injury on the team's first defensive series and has not been given a timetable to return, according to Bill Belichick. Initially, it was believed that Easley could return in one to two weeks.
Easley was the only player missing from practice as the Patriots prepare for a matchup against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Running back LeGarrette Blount returned to practice on Monday having served his one-game suspension.
