Dez Bryant deal with Cowboys could be announced Monday

By Tim Weaver
Earlier this week we reported on a rumor that a new long-term deal between Dez Bryant and the Dallas Cowboys was imminent.
Now it sounds like the deal is done and it may only be a few days before the news is announced.
According to a report by Mike Fisher at CBS, the Cowboys will share the details with the public after the holiday weekend:
“… sources tell me his wait is almost over, the two sides having moved to such a negotiating comfort level that there is discussion about announcing a done deal following the July 4 weekend. The specific structure of a new deal — maybe worth $100 million spread over seven years — is not yet known. But I am told that owner Jerry Jones wants to make a 'positive mark' on what figures to be one of the most high-impact contracts he’ll pay as Cowboys owner…”
Bryant has been holding out and refusing to sign his $13 million franchise tag for 2015.
As important as Bryant is for their offense, the Cowboys have little choice but to make him one of the richest wide receivers in the NFL.
