Chiefs waive former second rounder Jerel Worthy

Jerel Worthy proved he wasn't worthy of a Chiefs roster spot after one week of camp.
General manager John Dorsey cut ties with Worthy after offering the former second-round pick a chance this offseason.
You can't blame Dorsey for wanting to kick the tires on the ex-Michigan State Spartan. He was a part of the Packers front office that selected him in 2012.

Three years later, Worthy is out in Kansas City.
