Chiefs' Morse is snapping footballs in his hotel room to practice

Mitch Morse played tackle at Missouri, but scouts told him he'd be a guard or center at the next level. That's where the Chiefs plan on using him after they grabbed him in the second round.
"I have these short arms I had no idea about until I got to the Combine," Morse told reporters at Chiefs rookie minicamp. "They were hounding me and said listen, you're inside for sure. So I started working on some snaps right after that."
And morse hasn't stopped practicing for his new position. Since moving to Kansas City last week, he's been snapping as much as he can -- even in his hotel room.
"This is the Chase Suites in Overland Park (Kan.)," the second-round pick told Arrowhead Pride. "It is not very big."
Morse, on the other hand, is a pretty big man. So you can imagine it's tough for a 6-foot-5, 300-pound person to find the space to practice playing center anywhere, let alone a hotel room.
