The Kansas City Chiefs regained one player and lost another in the same series of downs Monday night.
Cornerback Brandon Flowers, who walked off the field on what appeared to be wobbly legs early in the third quarter of the Chiefs' game with San Diego, returned in the same series when defensive end Tyson Jackson left the game favoring his left knee.
Jackson had his arm around a trainer as he was helped back to the bench.
Just after Jackson left the game, Philip Rivers connected with Legedu Naanee on a 59-yard TD pass to cut Kansas City's lead to 21-14.
