Chargers GM: Our 'intent' is to keep Philip Rivers

When asked about the rumored possibility of sending Rivers to the Titans in exchange for the No. 2 overall selection in the NFL draft, Telesco reportedly said: "Philip is our quarterback and the plan is he'll be here for a long, long, long time."
