Carroll says QB decision could take until Sunday

Tarvaris Jackson was limited in practice Wednesday and coach Pete Carroll says making a decision on his starting quarterback against the Cleveland Browns could take until game time.

Jackson suffered a high grade strain of his right pectoral in the third quarter of the Seahawks' 36-25 win over the New York Giants on Oct. 9.

Jackson has begun to throw a ball again after taking last week off before the team dispersed for a bye week.

Carroll said Charlie Whitehurst will get the first-team reps in practice throughout the week and the team will prepare as though Whitehurst will start.
