Cardinals address needs heading into final day

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) Through the first two days of the NFL draft, the Arizona Cardinals have addressed areas of need.
They head into the final day having found a safety in first-round pick Deone (DAY-ohn) Bucannon of Washington State and a tight end in second-rounder Troy Niklas of Notre Dame. With their two third-round picks, the Cardinals chose defensive end Kareem Martin of North Carolina and wide receiver John Brown of Pittsburg State of Kansas.
They have not picked a quarterback, a position they will someday have to address because 34-year-old Carson Palmer cannot play forever.
When asked about that following Friday's selections, coach Bruce Arians said he's been doing this a long time, and the quarterbacks available are not better than the three he has.
