Cam Newton is Superman, but the Panthers also have their own Batman

When Cam Newton began doing his "Superman" celebration, it essentially took off for Carolina Panthers fans. So now, one of the many stars on the opposite side of the ball has taken over the nickname of another superhero.

According to David Newton of ESPN, stellar cornerback Josh Norman goes by the alter ego of "Batman," or "The Dark Knight" to be exact.

“It’s in my character, my alter ego," Norman said. “That’s my other guy. That’s my Sunday."

To top it off, Newton explains that Norman drives a black Dodge SRT Challenger Hellcat, which he calls the "Batmobile."

The young cornerback sure has looked like a superhero for the Panthers this season, and has virtually become the definition of a shutdown corner. To top it off, he's a fan favorite, just like Cam Newton, Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis, just to name a few.
