Bruce Arians takes a shot at Dallas Cowboys
By Rachel Wold
The Dallas Cowboys recently cut two players for not wearing a coat and tie on a road trip. One of those players was cornerback Corey White, whom the Arizona Cardinals signed on Tuesday.
This gave Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians the perfect ammunition for a shot at the Cowboys, commenting on how White would be dressed for the team’s upcoming road game against the St. Louis Rams.
It is interesting the Cowboys couldn’t deal with two players who weren’t quite dressed up enough to meet the team’s standards, yet Greg Hardy still remains on the roster.
Nevertheless, Arians’ remark seems to be a direct attempt at throwing some shade toward the Dallas organization.
Arizona’s 9-2 record compared to the bottom-feeding 3-8 Cowboys probably gave the 2014 AP Coach of the Year reason to be in a particular jovial mood when he spoke to the press Wednesday.
