Broncos will sideline Emmanuel Sanders until he's healed up

Emmanuel Sanders needs a little more time to heal his injured hamstring.

The Broncos will err on the side of caution with their Pro Bowler, according to ESPN's Jeff Legwold. There's no rush to get the dynamic Sanders back on the training camp field.

"We’re going to take a little different plan with him this week," head coach Gary Kubiak told Legwold. "We’re going to give him a couple more days.’’

That hamstring has caused Sanders problems for three weeks now. He missed the Broncos preseason opener last weekend, and then missed practice on Monday.

Sanders said he's felt better in recent days -- but not good enough to get the green light from his head coach.
