He'll spend his first season rehabbing a torn ACL.
But third-round pick Jeff Heuerman will do so as a member of the Denver Broncos. The former Ohio State tight end signed a four-year deal with the team weeks after falling in rookie minicamp.
Heuerman was the last pick of Denver's nine-player rookie class to sign. He'll face the longest road to the field, but told the Denver Post that his recovery is "going well."

If all goes well for the Broncos, Heuerman will be in the Broncos' tight end mix this time next year.
