Bradford ruled out against Saints

St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford will be sidelined for a second straight week with a sprained left ankle, head coach Steve Spagnuolo announced Friday.

Veteran backup A.J. Feeley will take the reins once again Sunday as the Rams look for their first win of the season against the New Orleans Saints.

The Saints, meanwhile, head into St. Louis without rookie running back Mark Ingram, who continues to recover from a bruised right heel, according to head coach Sean Payton.

The 2009 Heisman Trophy winner, who leads the Saints in rushing despite having just 329 yards on the season, was unable to practice this week due to soreness, Payton said.

However, New Orleans has plenty of depth at the running back position with veterans Darren Sproles and Pierre Thomas capable of sharing the load. Previously injured tailback Chris Ivory also is set to rejoin the Saints' active roster.
