The Bills are looking to ride the momentum off of last week’s huge win
Buffalo shot up eight spots this week in the NFL Power rankings, coming in at 19. After destroying the Arizona Cardinals at home in a must-win game, they travel to Foxboro this week to face the undefeated Patriots.
New England comes into this game red-hot and ranked number one in the power rankings. They have questions at quarterback for one more week until Tom Brady returns. With the Bills inspired and the Pats down to their 2nd, 3rd or 4th string QB, now is the time for the Bills to strike.
After this week Buffalo has three winnable games in a row before they face the Patriots again at home. The Bills could potentially go into that game with a 5-2 record. They’ll also get back All-Pro Marcell Dareus soon too.
If the Bills want to continue to rise up the rankings, they’ll have to Robert Woods involved more since Sammy Watkins was put on injured reserve today. With a favorable second-half schedule, let’s hope we see the Bills crack the top 10.
