Bill Belichick becomes second HC to post six straight 12-win seasons

The New England Patriots clinched a first-round bye with their 33-16 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. Additionally, they won their 12th game of the season -- the sixth straight year they've won at least 12 games.
The head coach for the entirety of that streak has been Bill Belichick, of course. According to Elias Sports Bureau, he's just the second head coach in NFL history to lead his team to six straight 12-win seasons. Tony Dungy is the only other coach to do so, accomplishing that feat from 2003 to 2008.
Incredibly, Belichick has won fewer than 10 games in just two seasons since joining the Patriots in 2000. He boasts a career record of 187-67 with New England, a winning percentage of .736. He's undoubtedly one of the best coaches in NFL history having won six Super Bowls in his career.
Additionally, he's fifth on the all-time wins list for a head coach (223) and has a 53-win cushion on the next closest active head coach, Tom Coughlin (170).
