The Oakland Raiders have released their first official injury report the regular season, and it only includes one player.

Austin Howard suffered an ankle injury in the preseason finale vs. the Seattle Seahawks. The injury didn’t seem severe, but it’s been bad enough that Howard has now missed two consecutive practices.

Per the Oakland Raiders official website, Howard will be listed as inactive for the team’s regular season opener. Howard is the only player on either team, as of right now, that has been ruled out.

Menelik Watson won the staring job at right tackle, and with Howard’s injury, Matt McCants will likely serve as his backup. Vadal Alexander could also fill that role.

The Saints have yet to rule out any players, but they listed four who either missed practice or were limited. The most notable being LT Terron Armstead, who has been limited in consecutive practices with a knee/quad injury.
