SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (5)

Chris Berman (ESPN, 6) - Only undefeated team at home, but playoffs will take them away. It's OK, they're ready.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 3) - The best wild card team, but reaching Super Bowl will still be difficult.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 5)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 6) - One of the hottest teams in football and Russell Wilson's numbers over the last eight games (16TDs/two INTS) a big reason why.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 3) - That's Pete Carroll's best coaching job at any level. Just masterful work with a young team led by a rookie quarterback.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 7) - The Seahawks were the only NFL team to finish with a perfect 8-0 home record this season. But in qualifying for the playoffs as a wild card, it's unlikely Seattle will play another game at home this season.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 5) - They're hot and they're dangerous. But they're on the road, where they lost eight straight playoff games. That may be a hurdle too big for even Russell Wilson to overcome.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 2) - Sunday's difference? Russell Wilson has a better defense behind him than Robert Griffin III.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 3) - Surprised the Seahawks are this high in the power poll? Ask yourself what team they can't beat. Brandon Browner returns for the playoffs to strengthen an already solid defense.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 5) - Seattle looks the part! We will see if they are up to it.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 5) - The Seahawks didn't win the NFC West, but they played as well as any division leader in December.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 3) - Too bad the vote for offensive rookie of the year can't be put off for a week after Russell Wilson takes on RG3.
