Antonio Brown gets 15-yard penalty for twerking (Video)
Antonio Brown got a 15-yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct after he twerked following his second touchdown of the night.
The NFL has very strict rules regarding celebrations. You can get a flag for choreographing a celebration with a teammate and also for excessive celebrating. Apparently twerking is considered to be unsportsmanlike conduct because Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Antonio Brown did it and got a 15-yard penalty.

For some reason, the ref threw the flag after Brown’s third pelvic thrust. Apparently the first two were not unsportsmanlike but the third one was. Leave it up to the NFL to refuse to allow its players to have fun.
The penalty means very little in the long run because the Steelers currently lead the Washington Redskins 24-6 in the third quarter. Brown has dominated the Redskins with two touchdown catches, including one on fourth down. If there was any doubt as to who the best receiver in the NFL is, Brown just removed it.
Brown led the NFL in receiving yards in 2014 and has had arguably the best six season start to a career ever. He could wind up in the Hall of Fame should he continue his outright dominance of the NFL.
Meanwhile, the Redskins have struggled defensively. Coach Jay Gruden is gonna have to answer some questions. One of the biggest ones is why Josh Norman didn’t shadow Brown. The Redskins paid Norman a lot of money; he got a five-year deal from the Redskins, so why isn’t their best corner constantly on Brown?
It makes no sense, especially since Brown is the Steelers’ lone true receiving threat. They have other receivers who capitalize on the attention given to Brown, but Brown is clearly their most important receiver. The Redskins could be in for a long season.
