Aaron Rodgers: Knee feels 'great' after arthroscopic surgery

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee shortly after his team's departure in the Divisional round of the 2015-16 NFL playoffs. Less than a month later, he's showing and describing positive signs of recovery.

While participating in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am tournament over the weekend, Rodgers said his knee feels "great."

It was just good to be out there walking normally. It feels great. It’s nice to not have any clunking around or anything, so it was good.

Rodgers, who was paired with Wisconsin pro Jerry Kelly, finished 15 strokes under par but did not make the cut for the fourth round on Sunday. Pro Vaughn Taylor and Gregg Ontiveros, CEO of Group O, won the tournament with a 30-under score.

During the 2015 season, Rodgers was listed on the injury report just once (Week 11, right shoulder). His knee injury was kept under wraps, and it seems as though he has already recovered from the offseason surgery. There is no reason to suspect this as something that will hinder his performance moving forward.
