2 groups to march for Vick before first game

Two civil-rights groups plan to march around Lincoln Financial Field on Thursday in support of Michael Vick, while an animal-rights group plans to hold a rally on the other side of Philadelphia when the quarterback takes the field for his first game in more than two years.
