Smells like Diesel: Shaq says he farted in crowded Super Bowl elevator
If it smelled like diesel in an elevator Super Bowl 50 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, that could be because The Big Diesel (one of Shaquille O'Neal's many nicknames) may have passed gas.
Shortly after the big game, a video appeared of Shaquille O'Neal trying to squeeze into an already-crammed elevator.
While the video made its rounds across The Internet, the most interesting part of the interview wasn't discovered until over 10 days later. While many thought it was funny to watch the 7-foot O'Neal squeeze into an elevator, the story resurfaced earlier this week on his weekly podcast with a smellier twist.
In his conversation with "The Big Podcast" co-host John Kincade, Shaq was asked about the incident. While at first he had a bit of trouble recalling what happened, eventually his memory cleared and O'Neal remembered what the fuss was all about.
"You know what? I did. I farted. ... Yes, I did.
Yep, it was me. ... I did fart."
To think, it was all about Shaq innocently passing gas. I personally admire the honesty that O'Neal displayed in discussing his own flatulance.
Since the Super Bowl, of course, O'Neal has been busy. He was a key personality at the NBA's All-Star Weekend. Not only did he show he can still dunk with two hands, but he also beat boxed for Drake on a live freestyle of "Back To Back" during TNT's All-Star Weekend coverage.
