Sixers to open 2015-16 season at Boston on Oct. 28

The complete schedule for the 2015-16 NBA season will be revealed later Wednesday night, but for Sixers fans itching to know how and where the regular season will begin, we've got you covered ahead of time.

Philadelphia will play the Celtics in Boston on Oct. 28, according to Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer. 

While the Sixers will look to continue a rebuilding process that now includes the third overall pick in this summer's draft in Jahlil Okafor, the Celtics are looking to improve on last season's campaign, which saw them make their first trip to the playoffs under head coach Brad Stevens.
