Report: Chicago Bulls Butler, Gibson, Rose getting closer to return
The Chicago Bulls have faced one issue, more than any other, over the past four seasons: injuries at playoff time.
This goes beyond just Derrick Rose, whose health problems are more than well-documented. Joakim Noah played on a bad knee in last year's first round loss to the Washington Wizards, and Luol Deng missed the majority of the previous year's postseason.
With Rose, Jimmy Butler and Taj Gibson all currently sidelined, many Bulls skeptics have been singing a familiar chorus, suggesting that head coach Tom Thibodeau's hard-charging ways simply don't mesh with prolonged health. Luck may finally be favoring the Bulls, though, who could soon have all three players back in the lineup, according to a recent report:
Could the Bulls have a full squad come April? Stay tuned.
