Pau Gasol to play for Spanish national team in September

Pau Gasol is getting pretty old. The Chicago Bulls center will be 35 years old this summer.

But his age hasn't stopped him from balling. In fact, he's still signing up for extra duties on the hardwood. This week saw him enlisting, yet again, for play with his Spanish national team.

Gasol is set to compete for his country in September's Eurobasket tournament, which helps determine qualifications for the 2016 Summer Olympics. In his sixth appearance in the session, Gasol may be joined by a Bulls teammate: Nikola Mirotic.

Let's hope both stay healthy enough for the Bulls through this trial.
