Greg Monroe, Mike Conley out for Grizzlies-Pistons game

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) Greg Monroe and Mike Conley will both miss Tuesday night's game between the Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies.

Monroe sustained a strained right knee in practice on Monday, while Conley is bothered by a sprained right ankle.

Things could have been much worse for the Pistons, who have lost 10 in a row, but both Andre Drummond (concussion) and Tayshaun Prince (hip) recovered from injuries sustained in Saturday's loss at Utah.

Monroe is still a major loss, as he averages 16.0 points and 10.4 rebounds and would have been matched up with Memphis star Zach Randolph.

Conley is third on the Grizzlies in scoring at 16.3 points and leads in assists at 5.3 per game.
