Chris Bosh on Heat's title chances: 'We have everything'
The Miami Heat have had something approaching a perfect offseason, and that has Chris Bosh excited for what 2015-16 is going to bring in south Florida.
Bosh joined Bleacher Report Radio on Sunday, and after the obligatory questions about his health and the scare that he suffered this past season, the Heat big man talked about where he fits with Miami next season and how he sees the team.
On the second point, Bosh was clear: He likes Miami's chances, because this team is stacked from point guard to center:
And Hassan Whiteside's emergence in 2014-15 will likely push Bosh back to power forward full-time, which Bosh acknowledged. But the "power forward" as a position has changed so much that Bosh recognizes that he'll truly be playing multiple positions regardless of his nominal designation:
That versatility should help Bosh play in the NBA for a long time. But will he be around for as long as Tim Duncan? Fat chance, says Bosh.
The true fruits of Miami's labor is months away. But the view from July is pretty good, and Bosh is enjoying it.
