Calipari says he has 'no interest' in coaching Pelicans

University of Kentucky head coach John Calipari was rumored to have interest in the New Orleans Pelicans vacant job, but took to Twitter to voice that there's no truth to it.

NBA teams have flirted with Calipari for years, most recently the Cleveland Cavaliers only a summer ago. But this was a rare case where the opportunity to lead his former pupil, Anthony Davis, as he grows to become the world's best player loomed overhead.

Ultimately, the face of Kentucky basketball knows how good he currently has it, and isn't willing to pass up all the money, adoration and control that comes with being one of the finest coaches in college basketball.
