George Springer probably won’t have to buy a drink in Houston any time soon.

The Texas Rangers took the Astros into extra innings Sunday, and things weren’t looking too hot for the visitors when Houston closer Tony Sipp loaded the bases in the bottom of the 10th. But luckily for the Astros, Springer was there to save the day.

With two outs, Rangers center fielder Leonys Martin sent a ball to deep right field for what would have been a game-winning grand slam, but Springer robbed him with an outstanding catch to end the inning.

The Astros went on to pull out a 6-4 victory in the 14th inning behind a two-run homer from Hank Conger, giving them the series win.
