Grambling State rolls past Alabama A&M, 56-17

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) Devante Kincade threw four touchdown passes, Jestin Kelly ran for 200 yards and a score, and Grambling State cruised to a 56-17 win over Alabama A&M on Saturday.

Chad Williams hauled in two of Kincaid's touchdown throws, both in the third quarter, to put Grambling State (7-1, 6-0 Southwestern Athletic Conference) up 42-17. Williams added a 3-yard TD run in the first half and finished with 97 yards on six catches. Kincade was 19-of-35 for 238 yards passing.

Devohn Lindsey and Dominique Leake each caught first-quarter touchdown passes to give the Bulldogs a 14-0 lead. Martez Carter had a 5-yard touchdown run and Donovan McCray recovered an Alabama A&M fumble and returned it 57 yards for a TD to help seal Grambling State's sixth straight win.

De'Angelo Balla completed 16 of 45 passes for 208 yards and a touchdown for Alabama A&M (3-6, 3-5), and also had a rushing TD.
