St. Francis Brooklyn holds off Robert Morris 82-72

MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (AP) Yunus Hopkinson sank six 3-pointers and scored 24 points to lead St. Francis Brooklyn to an 82-72 win over Robert Morris on Saturday.

Tyreek Jewell added 22 points, Chris Hooper had 12 and Amdy Fall 10 for St. Francis (13-16, 9-7 Northeast). The Terriers shot 49 percent from the field, hitting 10 of 24 from long range, and held a 38-22 rebounding advantage.

Trailing by five early in the second half, St. Francis broke it open with a 14-0 run to take a 50-41 lead with 15:27 to play. Hopkinson had three 3-pointers during the run and the Terriers held on the rest of the way.

Robert Morris (9-20, 7-9) closed the gap with an 11-3 run to trail 71-68 with 2:38 left but St. Francis sealed it from the free-throw line.

Rodney Pryor led the Colonials with 14 points, Billy Giles added 13 and Isaiah Still 12.
