Sharrif Floyd inactive for Vikings vs. Packers
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd is among those inactive for the game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
For the Packers, Nick Perry, who had started the previous two games, was out with an injured shoulder and cornerback Jarrett Bush was deactivated with a groin injury.
Floyd did not practice Thursday or Friday because of a knee injury. Running back Matt Asiata is also inactive because of a concussion, meaning newly acquired Ben Tate is active just four days after being claimed off waivers from Cleveland. Tate will backup rookie Jerick McKinnon.
Receiver Greg Jennings (rib) and left tackle Matt Kalil (knee) are both active for the Vikings after being listed as questionable Friday.
