Dirk Nowitzki was sidelined for the Mavericks' visit to New York on Wednesday, but he got a nice view of one of his own signature moves from the bench courtesy of Kristaps Porzingis.

Dirk patented the one-legged, step-back shot, a move which is impossible to guard when it's being performed by a seven-footer.

Porzingis added a little extra flair by going glass for this one, and his 24 points and 11 rebounds helped the Knicks overcome a sluggish first half to get a 93-77 victory over the shorthanded Mavericks.
