Max Anderson - Gets late-game reps Anderson rushed for seven yards on a single attempt during Saturday's 52-7 victory versus Tennessee-Martin. He
Impact Anderson saw action late in West Virginia's blowout of UT Martin as the Mountaineers worked through multiple backup quarterbacks after the outcome was decided. Like Scotty Fox and Jyron Hughley, Anderson's appearance was entirely driven by game script, and West Virginia able to empty the bench after building a massive lead. At this stage, he's simply a developmental depth piece behind Michael Hawkins in the quarterback room.

Jack Cassidy - Cashes in on explosive offense Cassidy converted his only field goal attempt and all six of his extra-point tries during Saturday's 52-7 win versus Tennessee-Martin.
Impact Cassidy benefited from West Virginia's offensive explosion against an FCS opponent. With Michael Hawkins leading an offense that has shown considerably more explosiveness through two games, Cassidy is shaping up as a useful fantasy kicking option. The volume may fluctuate against stronger opponents, but West Virginia appears capable of generating enough scoring opportunities to keep him relevant on a weekly basis.

Scotty Fox Jr. - Sees meaningful backup reps Fox completed 2 of 4 passes for 27 yards during Saturday's 52-7 win against Tennessee-Martin. He also had four rushes for 21 yards.
Impact Fox saw action in the second half of West Virginia's blowout of UT Martin, completing a pair of passes and helping lead a drive that resulted in a field goal. Similar to teammate Jyron Hughley, Fox's appearance was largely a product of the lopsided score, but it's notable that he was the first quarterback off the bench after Michael Hawkins exited. For now, he's simply a reserve worth noting in deeper dynasty formats.

Jyron Hughley - Makes most of late opportunity Hughley completed 1 of 1 passes for 27 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 52-7 victory over Tennessee-Martin. He also had four rushes for 28 yards.
Impact Hughley, a true freshman, saw extended action in the second half of the blowout win and capped his day with a 27-yard touchdown pass to Kedrick Triplett. The appearance was largely a product of game script, as the Mountaineers had the game well in hand before the backups entered. Still, Hughley looked comfortable directing the offense and gave West Virginia fans an encouraging glimpse of a young quarterback who could factor into the program's future plans.
