De'Zhaun Stribling - Zero catches at BYU Stribling caught 0 of 3 targets for zero yards during Friday's 38-35 defeat to Brigham Young.

Impact Stribling failed to record a catch for the first time in his career. His three targets were well below the 8.2 targets he was averaging prior to the game. This likely has more to do with Oklahoma State's quarterback struggles as Garret Rangel left the game with an injury and Alan Bowman continues to have problems with accuracy. For that reason, Oklahoma State relied more heavily on the run game. The Cowboys will play at Baylor next week.

Rashod Owens - Two targets in loss at BYU Owens reeled in two targets for 20 yards during Friday's 38-35 defeat against Brigham Young.

Impact Owens tied his season-low in targets which occurred in Week 6 against West Virginia as well. Against the Cougars, Oklahoma State leaned heavily on the run game as their quarterbacks have struggled to accurately get the ball to their receivers. Through seven games, Owens has 21 catches (on 41 targets) for 311 yards and three touchdowns. The Cowboys will play at Baylor next week.

Impact Fields Jr., a true freshman, received his first collegiate carries in the tough loss to the Cougars. Superstar Ollie Gordon briefly left the game which led to the opportunity. With Oklahoma State performing below expectations this season, they may start to play some of their younger players. The Cowboys will play at Baylor next week.

Ollie Gordon II - Scores three touchdowns Friday Gordon (leg) rushed 16 times for 107 yards and two touchdowns and caught three passes for 20 yards and a touchdown in Friday's 38-35 loss to BYU.

Impact After not scoring in his previous four games, Gordon scored three touchdowns in the first half versus the ranked Cougars. He was injured in the third quarter and hobbled off the field, but was able to return to the game. Given he was able to return the injury is likely not serious, but he should still be monitored during the week ahead of Saturday's game at Baylor.
