Impact Walsh will miss this contest as he continues to work his way back from an injury. His next chance to suit up will be against Oklahoma during next week's matchup.

Shawn Miller - Remaining out Week 2 Miller (undisclosed) will not appear in Saturday's game against Mercyhurst, Edgerrin Garcia of the Daily Lobo reports.

Impact Miller will remain sidelined for a second-straight game as the Lobos face off against the Lakers in Week 2. The 6-foot senior wideout, who is dealing with an undisclosed injury, will have his next opportunity to suit up against Oklahoma in Week 3.

Deshaun Buchanan - Available to play Saturday Buchanan (foot) was observed in uniform ahead of Saturday's game against Mercyhurst, Sean Reider of the Albuquerque Journal reports.

Impact Buchanan was questionable leading up to the matchup as he recovered from a foot injury but appears to have it put it past him and will be available to play. The senior running back totaled seven carries for 14 yards across 12 games last season.
