Hinckley Ropati - 69 yards of total offense in loss Ropati had eight rushes for 35 yards and gathered in all two targets for 34 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 17-13 defeat versus Kansas.

Impact Ropati is the change-of-pace back behind LJ Martin, and Ropati was the only back to find the end zone via a touchdown catch. The senior is seeing more action this season, but he only has 357 yards and two touchdowns for the year.

Jake Retzlaff - Regresses in tough loss Retzlaff was 18-for-28 passing for 192 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 17-13 defeat to Kansas. He also had seven rushes for 21 yards.

Impact The cracks finally began to show for the Cougars, as Retzlaff faced a difficult test against an underrated Kansas defense. Neither team looked particularly strong, but Retzlaff's totals were his worst of the season. BYU's path to a playoff berth had narrowed, and they'll need to get past Arizona State and Houston to solidify a spot in the Big 12 title.
