North Texas earns 72-62 win over Louisiana Tech
RUSTON, La. (AP) — Abou Ousmane scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds and North Texas beat Louisiana Tech 72-62 on Thursday night.
Kai Huntsberry scored 19 points while finishing 8 of 10 from the floor, and added six assists. Aaron Scott was 5 of 7 shooting and 1 of 3 from the free throw line to finish with 11 points, while adding six rebounds. It was the seventh straight victory for the Mean Green (22-5, 13-3 Conference USA).
Keaston Willis led the way for the Bulldogs (13-13, 6-9) with 18 points. Isaiah Crawford added 12 points, six assists and four steals for Louisiana Tech. Quandre Bullock also had 11 points.

Both teams next play Saturday. North Texas visits UTEP and Louisiana Tech hosts Charlotte.
