Watch: Spurs coach Gregg Popovich dumps on reporter who begins question with 'talk about'

San Antonio Spurs longtime head coach Gregg Popovich has little tolerance for press conferences, mid-game interviews and banal questions.
The surly coach is not totally heartless or disdainful of reporters, a reality established when frequent Popovich victim Craig Sager returned to the microphone after battling leukemia.
“I can honestly tell you this is the first time I’ve enjoyed doing this ridiculous interview we’re required to do, and it’s because you’re here and back with us,” Popovich told Sager. “Now, ask me a couple of inane questions.”
Call it a friendly distaste for media obligations and basketball sideshows. Sometimes it makes for good theater. Anyhow, check this interview on Monday night after the Spurs defeated the Pacers 106-92, when one reporter began a question with "talk about..." before Pop cut him off (video courtesy @Jeff Platt):

The reporter didn't get to finish the question "Let's talk about playing at home --" but apparently Professor Popovich will not countenance anything except straightforward, non-open-ended questions.
