Dream come true: Heat fan plays with D-Wade for 90th birthday

Birthdays can lose some of their luster as the years go on, but for Miami Heat fan Illuminada Magtoto, her 90th birthday celebration was perhaps one of the best. And Heat star Dwyane Wade was the reason why.

Her wish: Play some basketball with the three-time NBA champion. And after the team's shootaround Tuesday, she was able to hit the court with Wade, take some shots and dish out an assist or two.
