WATCH: Josh Norman makes Jameis Winston pay for testing him early

The Carolina Panthers got off and running early against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, thanks to cornerback Josh Norman.

The hero of the Week 3 victory over the New Orleans Saints was back at it and making plays once again, as you can see from this video on the NFL's official Twitter.

Best of all for Panthers fans, that came on Winston's first pass of the afternoon. It's hard to imagine much of a better start for Carolina's defense than that.
