Watch former NFL LB work out by pushing a 14-ton school bus

Mike Lockley isn't in the NFL anymore, but it's not because he's not strong enough.

Lockley, a former linebacker who played one season for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2011, now works as a strength trainer in Florida, and he's got some crazy workouts.

Like pushing and pulling a 14-ton school bus down the street. Check it out in the video above.

And he's not just strong. Dude can jump, too.

Imagine him competing in the NFL combine bench press test against this guy:

Kids, don't try this stuff at home.

Though Lockley pushing a bus seems way safer than Jimmy "The Flying Greek" Koufos driving one.
