Veteran S Antrel Rolle uncharacteristically missing games in 11th year

Antrel Rolle avoided injuries for most of his career, but the veteran defensive back's 11th season has been marred by maladies.
Rolle has already missed three games this season, his first with the Chicago Bears. Now he is expected to miss a fourth game on Thursday, according to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune.
Rolle's first injury was an ankle sprain, suffered in a Week 4 win over the Oakland Raiders. That injury sidelined him for two weeks, but he returned after Chicago's Week 7 bye to play in three consecutive games.
During the stretch in which he was healthy enough to play, Rolle shared a snapshot of what he was going through on his Instagram account.
Rolle suffered a setback when he tweaked his knee during a walkthrough leading up to the Bears' Week 11 matchup with the Denver Broncos, according to Chris Emma of CBS Chicago. There's no telling when he'll be back from this one.
The struggle to stay on the field is new for Rolle, even though he's a 32-year-old veteran of the league. From 2006-2014, the stalwart safety missed only one game.
