Wisconsin candidates are campaigning with urgency as the election approaches, but even they know not to interfere with one tradition - the Green Bay Packers.
That presents a mild quandary for the state's political candidates. They're frantic to reach as many voters as possible between now and Tuesday. But having their volunteers call people or visit homes during Sunday's game could backfire.
So the major campaigns for Senate and governor are going quiet for those three hours - no phone calls, no door knocking. Instead they plan to attend tailgate parties with fans or relax with their staffs.
Voters won't get a full reprieve, however - they're still likely to see a flood of TV ads during the game.
